- Atos Tenerife allows to work remotely - The offices are pretty and well equipped - If you are lucky to get promoted or to get a team leader that cares about your career, there is PLENTY the company can teach you and so, so much to learn. But ONLY if you get a decent manager - Once you get promoted, courses and stuff gets unlocked for you, that's a plus - Usually the people working with you is amazing. Going to the office and sharing with your peers is highly recommended.

Oh boy, here we go: - The main issue I see is that upper management is a mess. Save a couple, they are arrogant, ill-prepared for the position and lack the necessary training/education for the roles they have - As many have said, the salary is not competitive at all. If you are lucky to get promoted, they will put you in a three-month trial period without a salary increase, but expect you to fulfill the responsibilities of the role you were promoted to without fail - As a Level 1 IT agent, the workload you have is quite high. The issues you have to learn to resolve are not for a L1 agent, but for a L2 or above. Very complicated for the pay - Getting promoted to Team Leader means you have to work even more, the workload expands tenfold and the salary increase (after three months) does not justify the effort. It is simply not worth it (unless you are there just to learn). - Many low level managers (Team leaders, Tower Service Managers) are oblivious of their rights as workers and do not demand a just treatment for themselves, let alone to their agents. Lower management need more education and, frankly, balls too, as they promote the center and higher management to have uncontested control and to keep abusing the system.
