They pay minimum wage for high profile jobs, they don't take consideration that paying people so little affects their mental health they just squeeze more work out of you. Atos is in breach of the employment rights act. When you do on-call work they pay you 3 - 6 months later for it and don't even fully include it on your pay slip. HR is the worst I have ever seen, I have raised multiple complains about the breach of employment rights and they don't even bother replying, they hang up on you when you call them. Management lie to you about pay rises and even if you are the best worker all you will get is a £25 gift voucher. Atos seems very much like a scam, They have so much debt that the new CEO had to "restructure" 2.9 billion euros that was just "wiped off its debt pile".
