I regret to say that my time at this company has been the worst experience of my professional career. The management's treatment of employees is nothing short of demoralizing, with an utter lack of respect and consideration for work-life balance. Working six days a week, enduring 12-hour daily shifts, and receiving constant calls, even on Sundays, has led to severe burnout and fatigue among the team. There seems to be no regard for the well-being and mental health of employees. Collaboration is discouraged, with a stifling work environment where even speaking to colleagues is frowned upon. This lack of cooperation hampers creativity and growth, making it challenging to excel in our roles. Adding to the misery, management imposes unreasonable rules with the intention of extorting money from employees in the form of treats whenever any rule is broken. This punitive approach creates a culture of fear and distrust instead of fostering a positive and productive workplace.
