- Management is terrible - lots of demands with very little reward and acknowledgement - Management expects all employees to take positive criticism yet do not take well to employee's opinions - Terrible communication skills from management - Absolutely no organization or set procedures - Little to no training - listers are often blamed for errors they were not instructed on - Lack of trust or confidence in employees' competence - Extremely demoralizing atmosphere - Unsafe working environment; working in constrained space - Lifting requirements often exceed 50lbs - High turn over rate - An ever present "everybody for themselves" attitude - Employees are replaceable regardless of length of time worked for company - Company does not care for loyalty - Not fulfilling for anybody looking for meaningful work - No actual advancement opportunities - raises are given based on favouritism
