Truly none that I can think of. They are so out of step with most other businesses and don't even know it.

You will have to go along way to find a company which values its staff as low as this crowd. Stories of 10 minute snapshots of remote workers screens and a photograph of the employee sitting at their screen are absolutely true. Additionally they track workers intensity, in other words how much effort they are putting on their keyboard. Miss their goals and the manager gets to know about it immediately. They are buying companies at a phenomenal rate, seeking 50% a increase each year by taking the products, sacking the staff or making them work from home, closing the offices as part of a huge restructuring as soon as they take over, having not revealed their plans before purchasing companies. They are bottom feeders, looking for software companies on their knees. If you're thinking of working with them, or selling your company to them, just don't do it as you will regret it.
