* They over hired at some point and got rid of people because they couldn't bag projects. How unplanned they must be to do that? Add to it, they leave you alone when you don't have projects and then fire you when you finally have work on your plate.Just when you think you are doing well, you are out. That shows poor planning on their end. * They hire inexperienced people without any actual world experience and expect them to create wonders.
