You gain a lot of insight to how loans work, as well as getting all weekends and all federal holidays off. You get vacation and PTO before you even hit your first year mark - It's an amazing company to work for if you have kids.

Minpunten

It's a very professional environment, so my only con is having to wake up early enough to make myself business ready lol.

- Great people! - Good benefits - Work is easy to get a handle of - exciting cases and exciting people to work on - Overall great.

Minpunten

- not many cons - training happens every year (online) and 80% didn't seem very applicable, but I understand why it was included (for workplace environment and DEI, etc)

I really enjoyed the team atmosphere in general.

Minpunten

I was only part time at the time, and part timers exclusively worked the Saturday shifts. It felt like an unfair position to make less money than the full time employees, while also working more days (definitely not more hours- but more days)
