This is a fairly relaxed place to work. Also, there are a lot of pretty cool people that work there. Weekend brunch can be very profitable.

Minpunten

Owners and managers are really disconnected from what goes on at the floor level. Nights are pretty terrible monetarily speaking. Just like most restaurants, they pay their servers the Texas minimum.

the coworkers are awesome, everyone is relaxed and fun. Free coffee, as much as you want, and great food.

opening shifts start at 6am, people don't tip well at all, and often your section can get crowded with "campers" who come in with their laptops and sit there for 4 hours, taking up space and drinking a single cup of coffee you have to keep refilling to then only get a $1 tip out of their $2 coffee tab. and that's if they are decent, because some people still only tip 20% of their $2 tab.
