Pluspunten

Decent pay for a college student pursuing a career in a similar field. They work around your school schedule when initially providing your availability. Lots of paid trainings prior to being paired with a client.

Minpunten

Lack of supervision/leadership. They make you do a ton of training prior to meeting with your client/families but once you're in, you're on your own. No support for technicians. Their scheduling system is a MESS. Their payroll system is an even bigger mess.

• Communication is consistent • Gratitude from knowing your contribution to the world is actually helping people • Supervisors and everyone on team work together to make work flow smoothly even with transitioning to new policies

Minpunten

•Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!

Unstable work environment for the clinic, lack of communication, kept putting people who don't care in charge, half pay for when clients cancel same day
