From the cowbell on the wall to the leadership...the place screams amateur the second you walk into the door. Its a good place to work if you like to work at a place that increases the hours for everyone (except a manager who ducks out early), over-hires without regard to the effect it has on the employees that trusted the job was worth taking, doesn't give women equal opportunities, and allows management to sleep with salespeople, which everyone knows and jokes about.
