Some of the good things about this place -easy promotion -no experience required

Minpunten

Things to beware of are that since the company has lots of very juniored people all around they have trouble sticking to process, parking is far away and I was asked to bring in a doctors note when I have a handicap state issued pass

It's been a wild six months since November here at AutoHero. I started in November and have been working on HR policies and procedures to make things better. Yes we're a start-up and we're growing rapidly. With rapid growth comes changes. We've been great and not-so-great while we expand. We're working on a culture of respect. We recently had an all-company meeting about working together. We're making an investment in our people and our office space. If you have any questions or concerns please come see me. Hyper-growth car-tech company with the best people you could work with. Everyone is so friendly and laid back. The attire is casual and the office layout is open (no cubicles). I've been here for 6 months so a lot has changed and is changing (it's a start-up -- what do you expect?). The sales team culture is goofy yet has a friendly-competitive vibe. The Call Center is set up with teams & team leads and they have potlucks often. The Director of Sales brings his most adorable dog to work everyday. The managers do not work in offices so they are approachable and do not micro-manage. Love working here so far!

Minpunten

Start-up environment (space isn't the best) but the original managers who leased this space didn't know how rapid our growth would be a year ago! Parking is on the street as long as you don't mind walking a little.
