I’m honestly going to miss this place so much. The job itself is so chill and organised, everything just flows so easily. The system they use makes life so much smoother, and even the little things—like the coffee machine—make the days better. Everyone is so nice and friendly, and the new bonuses always felt like a fun challenge. It’s been such a comfortable, enjoyable environment to work in, and I’m really grateful for the experience.

Cons of the company were probably the pay — it was minimum wage and with the tax, it was really hard to live off.

We also really appreciate your feedback on pay. Alongside the base rate, we’ve introduced an enhanced monthly performance bonus to recognise and reward our highest-performing Operatives. This has been very positively received, and just last month around a third of all Operatives earned a bonus, giving them a tangible boost to their take-home pay. As a member of the corporate leadership team, I've been treated with respect, transparency, and autonomy. I'm encouraged to take risks and try new things for innovation and growth, which is refreshing. Most importantly, the entire team is very friendly and caring, and treat me as a person first, and a worker second. I'm shown patience, empathy, and accommodation for some health disabilities that I struggle with, which is difficult to find. Work life balance has been great. Our customers are also extremely satisfied with us, so I'm confident in standing by our service quality. All in all, I'm happier in this role than in any role I've ever been in before.

Minpunten

The company is growing very quickly and sometimes it feels like the departments are a bit siloed and disjointed from each other. Cross-departmental collaboration isn't discouraged at all, but it's also not a top priority. This is something executive leadership is working on though!
