The training will be essentially reading scripts and 30-45 mins of week one boot camp. These trainings happen weekly and due to the redundancy they fall of deaf ears. To be highly effective you will need to put in time after working hours. The new change is commission structure will effect most of the employees commissions directly while no solution is provided at this time to employees besides being told to call. When phone number don't connect that time is recorded so if you have a bad batch you could lose out of commission when it is slow.
