President/owner is an extreme micromanager. While 90% of staff works offsite and enjoy nearly 100% autonomy in there work; for the 10% that do not this creates an extremely unpleasant work environment. Vision for direction of company is unclear. Decisions are made frantically and are emotionally rather than factually driven. You will be expected to work significant overtime (extra 20-30 hrs every week) on a weekly and neverending basis and you will be given no appreciation for doing so. Glastonbury CT office is borderline delapidated.
