Some really nice employees, but terrible management.

To start off the management is horrible, they expect the world from you and give no help. They have no type of training, throw you in the water and hope you can swim. Management will fire you with no warning and not give you a reasoning behind it. They will act nice to your face and treat you the total opposite way. I would not recommend working here with Joe Bioty and Kam Lau as top of the company.
