Micromanagement Culture: CEO is overly critical, lacks guidance, and requires excessive approvals.. and a very clique-ish leadership culture thru the entire org including Cover Care. Lack of Clear Direction: Executive team struggles with strategy, flip-flopping on decisions, and failing to empower teams. Poor Leadership Support: Minimal leadership or encouragement for field technicians and hourly employees. Inefficient Decision-Making: Slow, burdensome processes that hinder progress. Sales Panic Without a Plan: Company is scrambling to boost sales without a defined sales force in the field. Siloed Operations: Attempts to separate manufacturing and service companies lead to confusion and inefficiencies.

Endless meetings with no real resolution or progress. Strong resistance to change, often undoing team efforts. Noticeable nepotism affecting fairness and morale. Inconsistent hiring via temp agencies and other practices. Uneven rewards: low-effort individuals often got raises/perks over hard workers. Frequent belittling from leadership with minimal appreciation. Abrupt project redirects and lack of basic HR support.
