Pluspunten

Lots of training, great community, very good access to the latest and greatest technology. Travel is weekly, and can be very good when you consider per diem, airline points, gas savings, etc.

Minpunten

Compensation is too low for lower end people, who have extremely marketable skills.

Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

Minpunten

There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
