Avanade is a joint result of Accenture and Microsoft. Accenture in Singapore is abusive to Avanade employees when projects encounter hurdles. It is a soul sucking experience that makes you hate your life.

A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

Minpunten

There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
