No cons from my perspective

Supportive work environment. Lot of support to inovate and implement your ideas. Management close to people and easy to talk to. Managers focus on personal growth & career development for all colleagues. Working with new technologies. Easy job transition and communication from higher-ups.

Nothing to add here, if you speak out you can get anything, but it will take a little bit of time because it's a medium-sized company
