As in any other airline, employees benefits to travel at reduced prices are great. Some other benefits like home office and various bonuses , are also very good. (e.g. vacation bonus, various mid and end of year bonuses for all, due to various unions lobby and agreements).
Minpunten
Old fashioned, parochial, & bureaucratic leadership and company culture, put this company lightyears far from being a true multinational company. The bureaucracy is unbearable, the culture toxic. At a point employees were requested to use their personal social media to display the company logo, as if that request is even legal anywhere in the world !
