Good compensation relative to the market at the time. Initially a good benefits package (note cons) Interesting projects, plenty of ways to improve your skillset across multiple tech-stacks/clouds/customers

Worst management I've ever seen in my life. I was under the PS/EE umbrella and these guys are truly horrific. The VP/skiplevel is a total jerk. They constantly lied to customers, roadblocked my ability to transfer out of the toxic org, and seldom give any pay raise worth a damn. I've never been micromanaged so much in my life. The management team are some of the most useless individuals I've ever had the displeasure of working with. HR doesn't care. I've rung the "hostile workplace" bell more times that I care to count, backed up with screenshots of threatening Slack messages from VPs/Directors/Managers to subordinates. They don't care... HR exists to protect the company, not the employees. Unlimited PTO is a scam so they don't have to pay out your PTO bank. My department manager(s) would shudder if you tried to take more than 3wks in a year. So much for that. They gutted our initially decent healthcare package for some cheap crap. They also cut down the Parental Leave policy by 4 weeks in 2023 WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Stay away. The CSPs are catching up. They're providing better native capabilities at a better price point. Aviatrix is not agile enough to pivot into a market category with survivability.
