Pluspunten
Working at Avid has been wonderful. The people are kind and helpful during the first few weeks working here, and have continued to be so going forward. There is also very little ego to deal with even though some of the people here are at the top of their fields. Title only takes you so far here, character really matters, and that is rare to find in the working world today.
Minpunten
Because the company is so small and was recently taken over by Eli Lilly, there is still some overlap between jobs both from within and without. This sometimes leads to stepping on toes. While situations are usually resolved quickly, it leads to some confusion and unnecessary waste of time.
