Aviron is an incredibly supportive, encouraging environment where people have each other's backs and are given many opportunities to grow. The company also understands the balance and juggling of work and family.

Minpunten

Not many cons to be honest. Aviron is a start-up so there are the challenges any start-up faces...but that's far outweighed by the great team, fantastic benefits (everyone gets a budget for personal and professional development!), not to mention your own rower.
