A job in poor economy and coming to work at 9am and leaving at 3PM so work life balance is high until lay offs start. and do not get me wrong they want it to have excuse to get ride of people. outsourcing is the key for Avnet.
Minpunten
1. There are lots of cut throat peoples there 2. They lie to you constantly 3. You cannot and do not trust management 4. No strategy for sales and constant lay off to outsource job to outside of USA 5. They constantly looking for BS reason to get rid of people 6. These cut throat people even getting rid of people by squeezing two people in a small chair, one man and one woman to find an excuse to get rid of them. Such as, if you leg touches in a 4 ft table shared with another person it is call harassment and they get rid of you. Hence many account managers even do not sit on desk out of fear. 7. No integrity, no customer service, no accountability=> they do exactly opposite. Be very careful these people are very savage and cut throats. Whatever they say is BS to get your trust and then cut your throats. Do not trust them at all. they BS suppliers and customers. They are so bad suppliers and customers leave them after few short business with them, bleeding through their nose. Not to mention the people who work for them are consonantly looking over their shoulders.
