      Un professional people adda, No Hierachies between positions. Anybody compliant on anybody irespect of Positions.

      I agree with the above review. Promoters are from NON IT background and they doesn't know how the way IT/software Company works. We can say it's a simple Body shopping consultancy. There is no employment security, No IT Environment and No industry standards Pay. Don't expect professionalisam in Avvas. its a proprietary firm. I am also ex. employee of this company now working at Fujistu, Pune

      In a very short period they did so many fraud things, not able to find any pros.

      * Very greedy. * Fraud Company * Pathetic HR. * Even their senior tries to convince you that they are there for you, Do not trust them and if you really want that job make sure you get all the commitment on stamp paper otherwise they can betray you at any point of time. * Beware Client as well(Tries to make money by hook or by crook) * Probation period means you are slaves for them, they can throw you out whenever they want(HR says we are not responsible for you) * They don't have projects, if they say we will shift you in some other project when your current project is done, It means that would be your last working day with them. Once clients stop giving them..
