- They have some flexibilities like HO - High Growth Potential if they change the management of the company - Salary is always on-time - Global Reach

Minpunten

- Micromanagement - High attrition rate: people stay a few months in general. You´ll find internally a few people with more than 1 year working for Azion. - Azion is a startup and they have a good technology but not the best available in the market. Unfortunately they behave like they are the best solution in the world, even they compite against companies like Akamai, Cloudflare and others that have many other services for Security and they are very well positioned inside Gartner for example - Lack of innovative professionals - They don't have structure outside Brazil - Zero work-life balance
