Pluspunten

Authentic CEO. Approachable and friendly. Busy guy, but humble and very knowledgeable about health and wellness. Authentic and really wants for people to be healthy, not cogs in the wheel of the healthcare system.

Minpunten

Office culture is very weird. dysfunctional family vibe. Fractured feeling. Not cohesive. Whether explicit or implied: There are ‘protected species’ designations for some employees who are well insulated and if you’re not in that group, you can be exposed. Very clearly there is favoritism whether they address it or not. Absentee management. My department boss was someone I saw/spoke to maybe a total of 45 minutes in about 7 months. Felt rudderless and no real feedback. You can buoy as an employee there. Company projects life and abundance in its messaging. Staff do not reflect this. Tired. Underpaid. Anti-competitive PTO package. Staff seem to “survive” rather than “thrive”.

Pluspunten

It's an amazing environment with a loyal and dedicated team. You feel like you're a part of a family. It's a joy to come to work each day. Team members look out for each other.

Minpunten

I have nothing negative to say. No company is perfect, but everyone does their best to live by our core values and treat each other with respect and kindness. When we mess up, as we will because we're humans, we do our best to improve.

Pluspunten

None. Director of Distribution is inexperienced and threatened by employees who understand logistics

Minpunten

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. The company promotes a culture of safety publicly, but I found that raising legitimate safety concerns was often met with resistance rather than collaboration. As a Compliance & Equipment Manager, I worked to address DOT, FMCSA, equipment, and operational safety issues. Instead of departments working together to resolve concerns, responsibilities were frequently shifted between teams, making it difficult to implement meaningful solutions. Communication between leadership was inconsistent, and employees who raised concerns were often made to feel like they were creating problems rather than helping solve them. I repeatedly attempted to work through the appropriate internal channels, including Employee Services, to address concerns regarding safety, communication, and workplace culture. Unfortunately, those efforts did not result in meaningful change. I ultimately left the company, was terminated, feeling that openness, transparency, and constructive feedback were not valued. My employment ended shortly after escalating my concerns, and the only reason I was given was that I was "unhappy." There are many hardworking employees who genuinely care about doing the right thing, especially the drivers and frontline staff. They deserve leadership that listens to concerns, encourages collaboration across departments, and supports employees who speak up about safety. Poor cross-department communication. Leadership discourages collaboration by creating silos. Safety concerns are not consistently addressed constructively. Employee concerns may be viewed as negativity instead of opportunities for improvement. Inconsistent leadership and lack of support for employees who raise concerns.
