      - Can sometimes finish early depending on your route - Good benefits for working with Amazon - Free parking at Amazon DHA1 in Wembley - Salary of £130 per day, which makes the job worth it when you finish on time, or early

      Minpunten

      - Routes can be very difficult, require more than 1 person to complete and they have cut down support - very unrealistic expectation of drivers to complete deliveries within the timeframe - Managers treat you like a number. They do not treat you well or care for you! (only certain managers there are very good, the rest are horrible) - Communication is very bad, both on and off shift. Managers do not provide support. - Sometimes your shift can be cancelled 30 minutes before your start time!

      If you finish early, you can leave earlier than scheduled shift Sometimes you get lucky with easier routes (less parcels)

      Minpunten

      Underpaid considering how much work you actually do Managers are very irresponsible, unprofessional. I was once asked by the manager to stay and finish my delivery despite my paid shift had ended. I refused and told them that I don't get paid for overtime. Unless you have your own say and stand up for yourself, they'll try to use you to do more than what you get paid to do.
