Minpunten
The environment and culture is just like china. There are no structure or legitimate policies that will help safeguard the employees. Career prospects are zero to none. I feel completely sympathetic for their employees that works in the production side -- they have to deal with fumes, heat and cold temperature, and a crowded space. The space to eat lunch is even limited, they truly reached their maximum capacity but still hire people like cattle. HR is completely useless -- I think they're just there for looks.
