Global growth and the ability to transfer globally, Process focused organization. Good opportunities for advancement at lower levels, but can hit the ceiling after a few years, after which it is difficult to advance.
Minpunten
Can be a great place to work if you have a good manager. Some managers only appear to be thinking about themselves and do not recognize the talents of the people reporting to them. Long hours are expected but not rewarded, Work Life balance is talked about but needs improvement. HR. is just there to pass out the 1-800 numbers.
