Company provides flexible benefits for employees to reimburse which I think is super nice. The management team and company development is transparent to employees. The culture is very good, everyone is helpful and supportive, they will have some engagement events from time to time. If there is a new tasks or project been assigned to you, you will be well informed and shared the detailed information. They have created an internal directory or guideline which is very friendly to new joiner, it is like a google, you can find the solution up there.

everyone is overloaded… we work from 8:30am to midnight… full meetings until you can’t even have your lunch or dinner … which is very unhealthy lifestyle. And the pay is not equal to your hard work, which should give more while asking us to do more, we are human, we can’t just work with taking supplements or medication everyday.
