Pluspunten
This was a great place to work. I worked at the Red Road Branch and My managers and colleagues were an awesome team. It was a fast paced environment, but we all worked together to run the branch smoothly. My manager Usha was the sweetest and most down to earth women. Javier, our branch manager was also very pleasant and would brew coffee for us every morning. It felt more like coming in to work with a team then just a normal job. The company overall had a lot of incentives that made your daily job more important. you were awarded for good work and were recognized. When the company decided to sell it's branched due to the falling housing crises, they were very considerate to their employees. The employees were given a 30 day noticed and the option to continue to work until we closed or to leave and find a new job. We were also given severance packages.
Minpunten
Due to the economy, the Bank was sold and a bulk of the staff were laid-off. This would have been an awesome career if the Bank did not close.
