This is my Review of BCM - werkgeversreview Client Services Manager bij BCM One

Because it was a new internship program everything they had me do was like an experiment for both parties. I learned a lot about Excel and the process of data mining during my time with BCM One. Management was always friendly and helpful; I even noticed them trying to use some of my lingo. Overall a super positive experience and I highly recommend it.

Sometimes instructions could be extremely vague but it allowed me to find the direction the data was taking me and tell a narrative.

Willing to consider hire even if you do not have direct experience. Flexible schedule, not a high pressure environment.

Managers did not follow up on hiring promises for position/pay advancement in the company despite strong year over year performance and skill growth
