Pluspunten
Very aggressive negotiators, and when the going gets tough this company gets on with it. That said, the day-to-day work can be very process bound which can be frustrating if you've come from a more innovative company, as I did.
Minpunten
I came from CareFusion, the company that BD acquired in March 2015, although I should add a disclaimer that I was let go quite early during the integration process, despite 10 successful years at my old firm. Compared to them, I sense BD is a much more silo-based company with little interaction between front-line management & shared service support (a critical factor in my role.) I also felt that they are very process bound which could hamper smart thinking, and that they will face challenges integrating their new acquisition, both financially and culturally.
