Don’t listen to anyone and is disrespectful with the team. - Harassment is the management style. - Culture of fear beautified with a cool office and nice branding. - Success theatre is the norm (despite of what the leadership says). - People with no experience and no clue on what they are doing making decisions that are gonna hurt the business in the long run.
