- Weak Human Resources practice as no one really cares about the employees - Culture of people pleasing and keeping your boss happy is more important than quality of work - Long work hours - No work life balance as a result of long work hours - Inefficient methods of doing work, lot of time is wasted - Leadership lack knowledge on how to lead a diverse team and have no vision - Pathetic Promotion Policy - if you stay long hours and make yourself a slave, they will promote - good, efficient workers are not valued - hence I mentioned, babu culture - Inability to retain talent - they think money can buy anything but have serious attrition - Low employee morale - Career development doesn't exist - if you want cross functional mobility forget it - Gossip culture - people are always gossiping and spreading bad rumours about others - Inequality of pay for old employees - No offsites of value - No career development plans - Basic stuff like IT , Admin is inefficient as well - Gender diversity is non existent with less than 10 percent of employees being women - Work from home is discouraged and so is flexible time, they don't understand such concepts - If you are not at a Manager grade or above they will not take you seriously, you are a small fry - Unless you badly need money don't join his company, ask them about their sales and their growth and see for yourself if you think it will help your career
