No appreciation for good performance Not much effort taken by management to develop interpersonal relationship between employees.. No respect to candidates appearing for interview. Took interview after making me wait for 3 hours

-There are zero opportunities to advance yourself from a career perspective. -Training is lazy, everything is left up to online modules. -The service support team is full of burnt out individuals that take their lack of happiness out on those who seek answers/assistance. -Management is spineless, the customer comes before the technician every single time, even when customers pencil whip documents and effect installation/service windows -The salary is meager, raises are insulting. -They will not tell you about your deficiencies until it’s too late, how can you grow when you are given no feedback?
