- Required RTO 3 days a week with little flexibility on which days (mandatory to go in Mon, Tues, Thurs) - The CXO extended leadership team is toxic and focused only on pleasing the SVP. Employee growth, morale, and experience are consistently deprioritized. - Employee engagement surveys are collected twice a year, scores keep declining, but leadership takes no meaningful action to improve the employee experience. - A significant amount of time is spent creating goals, but priorities constantly change, leaving teams scrambling to adjust. This leads to burnout from chasing shifting targets, and then employees are blamed when goals inevitably aren’t met. With everything treated as “high priority,” it’s unclear what the real focus actually is. - High turnover and burnout are the direct result of lack of support, unclear priorities, and leadership misalignment. - No 401k match, which is disappointing for a company of this size.

Executives are directionless and have no idea what they're doing. The BILL product is terrible and it's because they've just allowed totally inept and non-technical people coast for years. Every product call nobody can actually explain the product, how it functionally works, or the customer experience. They all just thought up an idea (that usually sucks) and had AI make some junk deck that they present and then lie about how it will produce more revenue. The non-technical people at this company drag it down and they don't have smart enough VPs to weed them out.
