With new Senior Managers and Board members things have already started to change for the positive. HSE is the number one priority and new employee initiatives are being brought in regularly. Employees are being rewarded for going above and beyond, training has increased and they have implemented a health care cash plan and Mental Health first aiders to support staff with medical expenses and wellbeing.
