      Zero organization. Projects are bounced around via email, there's no process for anything. Everyone is a manager or director. This place promises five star dining culture and delivers dumpster-dive effort. The expectation is to work around the clock. Emails are always coming in after hours and on the weekends. Meetings are constantly rescheduled. Insurance deductibles and co-pays are high. If you're looking for agency life in disguise look no further.

      I was so excited to take this job because I had heard BOLD was different from other agencies. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Leadership on my team was sorely lacking, and everyone was too busy being overloaded to pitch in to help a new employee learn the ropes. I got consistently positive feedback on my work but was still made to feel like a cog in a machine with no real chance for growth. Pay was poor and I was frequently expected to work overtime with no compensation-- even though BOLD has a policy to pay back overtime work, I was directly told by my manager that I should not use it. When I tried anyway, the request was ignored.
