Pluspunten
Take Home Vehicles was a plus. Pay was industry average but not for everyone.
Minpunten
Lack of clear Structure. Constant turnover. They do not promote within, as much as they say they do. Bravas will hire outside the company for positions before promoting highly experienced people within to keep salaries down. Toxic work environment from the top down. Instead of recognizing accomplishments management will find the most frivolous and unprofessional personal views about the individual to avoid any positive recognition. Project managers micro manage to the extreme with out any knowledge or experience of the industry themselves. No communication between management, themselves and severe crippling communication between sales and installation. Management puts barriers between themselves and the different departments to create an Us vs them company culture which cripples the communication even more some. For being a supposedly white glove high end custom A/V integration company, they cut costs that every corner they do not quote enough time to build racks or install and commission Systems in a highly detailed and professional manner. The focus is profit and quantity over quality. Hang and bang baby geek squad preforms higher quality outcomes for customers. HR is outsourced to a separate company. Benefits are worse then Walmarts Health Insurence is almost unaffordable 401K plans they offer are the most egregious I’ve ever seen. You have to work five years at Bravas before anything they matched becomes vested. Good luck with sticking through that long if the branch lasts that long. Branches or at least the Baltimore branch had severe money problems. You will be down range from consumers outrage and dissatisfaction for managements dysfunction, lack of communication and project failures. You will be the fall guy/girl for the disfunction of management.
