      Minpunten

      appraisal process was extremely disappointed with the outcome. The process was marred by partiality and politics, and I felt that my contributions were not properly recognized. When I raised my concerns with HR, I was not given a proper response, and it seemed like my complaints were not taken seriously. the work-from-home policies are also partially true. Despite being advertised as full work-from-home, the reality is far from what was promised. There is a lack of communication and support from management. To top it off, the company does not back its own team. this all creates an unjust work environment that is not supportive of employee growth and development.

      Culture and company environment is too good. There is work-life balance so it is amazing thing to great place to work. Company give chance to prove your self and explore new things.

      - Company is growing so there are some opportunities that might not immediately exists - Company provides continuously encouraging growth both personally and professionally. - Company also understand work life balance. - Company provides opportunities to communicate directly with the client which is a great opportunity to grow and handle project responsibility as per own. - Managers and co-workers are friendly. - Great compensation and company events.

      No any company is fully perfect. While any company is growing, there are things that are evolving like expanding office space, updating/extending technology etc. So It's important that not get hung up on what's bad/wrong but to focus on the company progress and what is happening that is right. With this company growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it.
