Unfortunately BTTR suffers from the same cons as many millennial run companies in the Bay Area and turn over is high. The working environment is not designed to support long term career development - excessive hours, careless communication practices, lack of professionalism and impulsive decision making.
Most importantly, the founders have done very little to support diversity and female empowerment in the work place and retention of these groups is extremely low.
