overworked with too many accounts and not enough supporting roles, underpayed just like everyone else in the outdoor industry, but even lower at this agency.

Cozy office, great people, reasonable expectations of staff and I felt like I was an individual and not just another worker.

Not much, I was very satisfied working here. I guess the location could be better
