I totally loved my job for the firs few years I worked there. They had good management. They cared about their employees. I learned a lot.
Minpunten
Did not receive a raise for 3 years then was only raised to the same rate as the new employees coming in that I was training with major added duties when 2 departments merged. Upper Management changed and employee appreciation ceased to exist and the communication became a one way street.
