This is not the Bandwidth I heard so many great stories about when I started. Seems like the people who had all these good experiences left long ago. Now this place is an inflexible workplace led by a CEO who will be remembered for taking the stock price from close to $200 to under $10. I should have done better research and seen the writing on the wall when most of the "C" people (likely those that were running the company when it actually cared about people) left and were replaced.

Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
