Some of the perks working here: Working hours: Very flexible as long as you clock in 9 hours a day. Work life balance is achievable here. Lunch time: 1-2 hrs, depending on BU Dental: About $150 Vouchers: only managerial positions, starts from 4 digits. To be spent in the gallery shops or spa treatments worldwide (Air ticket/ lodging not included). Birthday: random in house products, ranging from $20-$50 CNY: strictly 8 oranges and a SGD$10 angbao. DnD always falls on CNY too, attendance and performance is compulsory for some BUs (Even if company is making loss). It will be held at bosses's house too, to save cost and to have the 'family family' feeling. Mid Autumn festival: Strictly 2 mooncakes (Single yolk only) Christmas: About 2 weeks office closure in Sg office. Many companies do not have this perk. Travel opportunities: Budget only, preferably no check in luggage. Occasionally you will be asked to hand carry stuff (can be bulky) back to save on freight. Managerial level and above: allowance for phone bills, car etc. Complimentary stays: available for all levels depending on how much credit you are given. Work here if you're: White/ male/ have sugar coated lips. You are on your way to an accelerated career growth. Suitable for fresh grads. Already mentioned by other reviewers, manpower is extremely lean. It will be a steep learning curve. Again, that also determines how good your leader is. Work station: standard cubicles for most BUs. Up to 8 person sharing 1 phone to save cost. Upgrading of programs ( for pcs) can be very slow, can range from 3 days to years. Depending on how much revenue it can potentially bring in. Or how hard your BU leader fights for you. Notice period: Varies. Many staff (esp good ones) leaving recently due to 'shared services'. To speed up this process, you don't even need to type your own resignation letter. It will be provided by HR, just need to sign off. No compensation available. Work flow: Poorly executed. Small decisions can take years to be approved, after circulating to the Thailand and China offices as not many want to bear the 'final decision' responsibility. People up there often seek short term solutions as well. You may realise some of their heavy titles have no weight at all, no proper skills. Appraisal: Twice a year. However, high grades does not promotion/ increment. Appraisal in recent years has fallen into abyss too, due too bad times. Not sure when it's coming back. However, if you're good at talking... Increment: Standard 3% yearly. Not seen in recent years though.
