Management does not listen to their employees-the ones who really work with the clients. It makes you feel like you even though you are advocating what is best for the clients because you work so closely with them, that managment doesn't feel that way and nothing changes. I went for three years without a raise. The year I left, the owner finally gave a raise to the employees. There is not enough workers for the amount of clients in the program. There is no negligence due only because the employees work their butts off for the clients-not to make management look good although that is what ends up happening.
