Micromanagement even for the experienced resources 6. No allowances given for travel. Spend more and claim a limited amount only. 7. People hired for one role are given to work in another 8. Transport is very costly irrespective of where you stay

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
