Some great people who are engineers, sales, and program managers.

Minpunten

Some of the management are very clearly "B team" and cast-offs from other companies in the area. Promises made by HR and management not always kept. I should have had more in writing and not relied on verbal promises.

Nothing to gain here for growth

Minpunten

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
